A line in the sky is a conceptual response to the 2016 Presidential Election. Through this exploration the question arose, what makes a photograph?
Photographs of the blue sky were torn in half to create a physical manifestation of the divide. They were then repaired, and gold leafed along the tear. The golden line simultaneously separates the blue and gives hope that the people of this nation will come together.
